After numerous false starts in my attempts to lose
weight and change my life, I finally was able to break through and experience a lasting change that has totally changed my life.
It wasn't a strict diet although I had to be mindful of what I was doing. It wasn't a crazy exercise routine although once my inner fire was lit, I reached for big goals.
Change came as the result of setting and keeping small goals and the building of my own personal self worth and inner strength. I now offer one on one personal coaching using the same things that I have learned along my journey to help others experience the same. I personally take people under my wing and encourage them to be their personal best whether it is their first 5k, marathon, triathlon or just getting a stable foundation to make the final break through.
